Trapped Light Installation and Ultraviolet Installation. 2010

Trapped, Ultraviolet Installation.

Trapped, Light Installation.

The finished installation consists of two divided environments. The black space stands to represent night; dark, the luminous glow of street and sign lighting and a lesser human presence. The white space represents daytime within the urban atmosphere, where there is a stronger presence of the human body, finished with bright lighting creating shadows in the corners of our cityscape.

Trapped May 10 - Degree Show pices, sneaky peek ;)

Recent pieces, that potentially will be included in my final show.
The same principal here, using knitting as my technique. Materials include strips of scrim, organza, elastic, wire and threads.
